The student list is the first option underneath Students in the top navigation bar. When first navigating to the student list, the default selection criteria is all student records in the system sorted by their rating value. Each item in blue will direct the user to the relevant student or user page. There is also a pagination tool in the top and bottom right corner of the table that allows scrolling through all of the records. Additionally, each table column header is sortable. To sort by a particular column, simply click on the column name.

For quick and simple filtering of all of the system’s records, there is a Filter List button in the top right hand corner. Clicking this button will bring up the quick filtering options. The quick filter options can be applied by selecting any number of criteria and clicking the ‘quick filter’ button to the far right hand side.

Wherever there is a ‘who else did this’ link, it will bring the user to a page that functions similar to the Student List. There are two key differences, however. The first difference is that this list will contain only those student records who performed the action that the link was attached to. The second difference is that the Quick Filter bar is no longer available.
