Importing Touchpoints and Checklist items

This is a spreadsheet view of the "Phonecall" and Checklist, our Touchpoint & checklist data fields to be imported.
On the Field Matching page, we will select the Phonecall field, and navigate in the drop down menu to the existing touchpoint "Phone Call". At this point it only matters that the fields are matched up, additional options come later.
On the right hand column, you can choose whether or not to add a touchpoint independent of existing touchpoints, or only if the student does not have a touchpoint.
Here were are mapping our Checklist field to the existing checklist $40 application fee has been sent.
Similar to the touchpoint rules, you can choose to update only items to checked, or both checked and unchecked.

After these selections have been chosen, click the Match Fields button.
After clicking the Match Fields button, it will take you to the option matching screen. In order to set up options for the touchpoints and checklists you will have to confirm these choices by clicking the Match Options button.
For Touchpoint matching you have 2 options:
1) Map all non-blank values to a touchpoint: Regardless of the information in this particular field, as long as it is NOT blank, it will be pointed to this option.
2) Map file values individually: This will allow you to specify each unique value and which will be pointing to the touchpoint.
When mapping Checklist data, you also have similar options:
1) Map all non-blank values to checkmarks: Regardless of the data in this field, as long as it is NOT blank, it will receive a checkmark.
