Managing existing templates
Existing templates can be edited, copied or archived from the Email Template Manager.
Editing
To edit an existing email template, click the pencil icon located on the email template to be edited. Editing an existing template will load the same page as if creating a new template, but with all of the settings of the email that can be edited. Changing a email template will not affect any emails already sent using the template.
Copying

Make a duplicate copy of any email template by clicking this button.
Archiving
Email templates are not deleted, but rather archived. Once archived, the template will not show up in the template selector when building emails. However, viewing previously sent emails will pull in the archived template. Templates can be moved to and from the archive by clicking the ‘Archive’ or ‘Unarchive’ button on any email template.
