Editing Email Content
Email Template Manager
In addition to editing the subject, you will also be able to choose an email template for more customizability.
You will see a preview of all available email templates here. You can click on the pencil icon for any template to edit it, the arrow in a circle icon to copy the template, or the folder to archive it.
Editor

If you click on the Templates button, you will be given the option to either create a new template, or toggle archived templates.
Within the template editor you will have a variable amount of options, depending on how the template was designed, or what aspects of it are currently variable. For this particular template shown, header and footer images can be replaced and removed, as well as variable rep information.
Variables
When composing any email, the Variable selector will always be present. The Variable selector is in two places: The large box to the right side of the email body editor and within the text editor itself as a drop down menu. To insert a Variable, simply click where you want the Variable to be placed, then select or click the desired Variable to be inserted. To change which variables are available to you, visit the Field Manager.



Saving
Once changes are made, every email will need to be saved for the changes to be kept. All Campaign emails must be saved before they can be turned on.
Testing

It is strongly recommended to test all emails before sending. To send a test email, click the grey ‘Test’ button which will open a dialog window. Every user of the system will be listed with a checkbox next their email. After checking off all intended recipients, click send to send the test email. To send tests to emails outside of the system, enter the addresses separated by commas.
Delete

To delete a email, click the red Delete button. Deleting a email will erase all associated tracking and student interaction history.
Send

Single emails are sent immediately after clicking the red Send button.
