Email Template Manager

All email templates are created, edited and deleted from the Email Template Manager. The navigation link to the Template manager can be found under the Emails menu.
Creating a new Email Template

To create a new email template, click the ‘New Template’ option underneath the ‘Templates’ button in the top right hand corner of the Template Manager page. Doing so will load the Email Template Builder. The Template Builder page has two main elements: Template Preview and Layout Options.
Layout Options

All of the configuration options of new templates are located under the Layout options.
Template Name
This is the name of the template. Remember to be as descriptive as possible to avoid future confusion.
Presentation
Center Stage emails have all content centered inside of the email. Depending on the size of the screen being viewed on, the content will always be centered. Personal emails will always have their content aligned to the left. It is recommend to always use Center Stage if using images in either the header or footer. If no images are being used, then Personal Email is a more natural choice.
Header Image
Upload a image to be placed at the top of the email. All email headers will be resized to a width of 550px. To ensure no scaling or distortion occurs, please upload images with a width of exactly 550px. Header images are optional.
Footer Image
Upload a image to be placed at the bottom of the email. All email footers will be resized to a width of 550px. To ensure no scaling or distortion occurs, please upload images with a width of exactly 550px. Footer images are optional.
Rep Information
By default all new email templates have ‘Use Default Rep Assignments’ selected. This option will cause the signature block to change out depending on who is the recipient’s assigned representative. The ‘Do not include Rep Information’ option will remove the signature block. The ‘Select a Specific Rep’ will display a drop down of all users in the system. Selecting a user will cause the template to always show the selected users information in the signature block. ‘Manually Enter Info’ will display fields for each of the content areas of the signature block. The information put into these fields will be used by the email template.
Save Template
This button will save the email template.
Template Preview
This is a preview of what the template would look like under the current configuration options set in the Layout Options panel.
