Click on 'Edit Content' button on the print piece you want to edit.

This is the print piece template that will be used when this print piece sends. A print template is a pre-designed item uploaded by Spectrum.

From here you will be given the option to change which template is being used, to create, save, or delete the current template.

Save will save any chages made to the print piece.

To delete a print piece, click the red Delete button. Deleting a print piece will erase all associated tracking and student interaction history.

This is where all of the Spectrum data will be input. This includes the specific template name, which printer it is being sent to, as well as which document is being referenced.

This is where all the required mailing information will be entered for this particular print piece. Please ensure all information is accurate as it will effect postage, deliverability, and processing.

When you are finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
